   In 1996 we started as a fabrication shop. In 2003 the fabrication shop merged with an installation company and formed Mechanical Fabrication Group, Inc.  As our customer’s needs have changed, we have modified the company to meet there needs.  Our company provides quality fabrication to customer’s specifications and a capability of reverse engineering to replace old parts. We offer on site welding and installation of new or used products to a variety of industrial customers.  We are uniquely qualified to participate in numerous projects.  We offer custom metal fabrication from thin gauges to 2” thick in a variety of metals. We stock a portion of A572 Grade 50 Plate from 3/16” thick through 1 ½” thick.  We can fabricate from a customers detailed drawing or a customers verbal description of what they would like.  We fabricate aerial fire truck parts to bridge guard rails to industrial replacement duct to a moose head mailbox.  In the shop we can shear ¼” x 10 feet, bend 12 feet – 225 ton and roll 10ga (.134) x 60” steel, aluminum and stainless steel.  We also offer AutoCAD based CNC gas and plasma shape cutting of steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Our burn table area is 8 feet x 14 feet.  This gives us a capability of flame cutting to 6” carbon steel and plasma cutting to 1 ¼” aluminum and stainless steel. We offer MIG welding and TIG welding.
